At Education First, our members come first. So when you told us that we needed to offer Construction Loans, we listened.

Construction Loans, also known as Gap Financing or Bridge Financing, allows borrowers to obtain the cash flow for expenses incurred after project authorization, but prior to the Mortgage. Borrowers will submit a simple application, free of charge, to see if they qualify.
